Ka'anapali, Maui

Aloooooha! My family decided it was time to go on a family trip to Maui earlier this September. We stayed in a cute condo in Ka'anapali that overlooked the ocean & had a view of beaches and palm trees. The morning of departure, we showed up to LAX in a black sedan (feeling pretty legit) and headed straight to the bar for a couple tropical drinks to start off the trip. Here's a fun fact: I love airplane food. I might be the only person who will openly admit that, but I do. I can't quite figure out if its the act of getting a surprise meal on a plane (because it's definitely not the quality of the food -- no offense) or if it's the act of getting to eat with everyone on the plane. It's literally like we all are at breakfast/lunch/dinner together if you think about it. Anyway, enought about airline food. Once we arrived in Maui we headed to Costco (SAMPLESSSSS!) and stocked up on food, alcohol, & goodies. After unpacking everything, we headed down to Whaler's Village to shop around and have dinner. The next couple days involved hiking Twin Falls, drinking out of coconuts, snorkeling, a tough beach workout, multiple tropical drinks, jumping off of black rock, hanging out with sea turtles, and making fun memories with family. I was so sad to leave the trip early, especially when we arrived to LAX at midnight and took a Road Runner shuttle home... which ended up blowing a tire.
